The cosy building has a nice front garden and a Mediterranean-type rear garden with a pavilion. Upstairs there are 3 guest rooms, a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a dinging-room.
Each room has a separate bathroom, a toilet, a balcony and a television set with cable channels. In this part of the house, there is completely separate apartment measuring about 50 m2 with two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining-room, a bathroom and a balcony for 4 people.
